    It is with sadness that I am writing to you in regards of the service I have received from Brayleys Honda Romford.

    From Honda’s records this team assured me that the desired car was ordered from the 4th January and if not ordered in time this could delay the lease.
    The gentleman that was supposed to help get through this journey or help me decide what car was best for me and my family, he seemed to ignore me the majority of my visits to the dealership. All of his answers would be very basic / generic.
    There was no interest in making me feel confident about my choice.
    A test drive was carried out and I didn't get a full description once again, just the basic information. Furthermore, another example is that the gentleman did not tell me about cars not coming with mats as a standard because once again in my opinion he did not care about “serving” me. And if he did not know about this information, then clearly he was unknowable. Lastly, I do feel that the car received was the car in the showroom as it has small scratches.

    I am very disappointed with the service, the experience and the staff. And RIGHT NOW I BELIEVE I MADE THE WRONG VEHICLE CHOICE due to the bad experience I have received.

    If I did not have signed the lease contract, I would have surely never gone back to this dealership.

    I hope to have made myself understood.

    4 hours for a service and MOT but had to return next day for a new wing mirror to pass MOT another 3 hrs wait. Staff not the friendliest.
