    Lee was excellent at keeping us fully up to date throughout the whole process. He explained everything really clearly and made us feel like a valued customer. When we collected the car Lee clearly and patiently went through all of the cars functions and was super patient with my daughter who wanted to press every button

    They were very nice and helpful as always a very kind and patient driver took my car for the service early in the morning I had my car back on launch time in the meantime they sent me a video with an explanation what they've checked out (tyres, disks Etc.) it was a great service experience for me very helpful. I am so grateful to their driver first and to the whole services.

    My car was collected and I was telephoned beforehand. I was keep put up payed by video with the progress of the car. The car was delivered back to me in a very clean condition
