    Handover was straight forward, our salesperson Tyrone took the time to show/explain the cars features even going as far as helping us with set up.     Customer services representative very polite. When I asked if the car was OK, he replied yes, it's only done 6k miles. Must share that I was advised that the car had been cleaned inside and out but it was patently obvious this had not been done.

    Thank you Motability for contacting me after leaving this review. I don't need you to take any action, I just wanted to share what I was told and what actually happened in the event that the car care should have included an in and out clean.
