    Picked up when arranged, delivered back when arranged, complete service, car sparkling clean when returned which was lovely.

    When I booked the service I specifically stated that I would need a automatic courtesy car and that was agreed on the day I got into courtesy car only to find it was a manual which I can’t drive anymore due to my disability and went back in to spk to fit only to be told there wasn’t an automatic available so had to wait for someone to drive me home then got a call later that day only to be told couldn’t find fault I had mentioned told them what to do and they drove it and found the fault then told car would have to stay with them for repair next day so I had to cancel my plans for the next day as had no car was told be ready just after lunchtime and whilst he was in the phone tried to charge me and I had already told them when booking service that it was a Motorbility car so I don’t need to pay and it wasn’t ready after lunch only to have it back late afternoon. All in all not impressed at all.

    Absolutely brilliant service, from arranging for the pick up and drop off of my car before/after the service was carried out, especially like the idea of videoing everything in a very clear concise manner. Five stars all round for the workers.
