    Very good service for car and from staff. It would have been extra helpful if I had been asked on arrival if I was wanting to use the Wi-Fi as I could have got the password then rather than much later when I had to go to the desk to ask if there was wi-fi available. A very small quibble! A bigger problem is that I do not want my first name on a website and such a requirement deters me from giving feedback, you may want to wonder how many people have not responded because of that condition. Feedback should also be anonymous with the opt in option. Apparently one cannot opt out with this and I have had to tick the box to agree with use of my name when I do not wish it to be used. This is not good practice. If you will not anonymise my contribution please do not use it.
