    Angela was absolutely fantastic. Very patient with me and allowed me to dream! I didn't think I would find a car to suit my build but she took time and showed me multiple cars. She was so polite and friendly, and absolute asset to your business

    Was all straight forward very easy transaction all done with in two weeks dealer bent over backwards to get car I wanted very nice to work with and love my new car will definitely use Hyundai again in future.

    Leaving poor feedback.
    As was given an appointment to be seen at 9.15am when you have a disability & a child time is precious.
    We were not seen until 10.30am a whole hour & 15 minutes later without explanation.
    Then when my partner mentioned how the stop start motor has been playing up he was fobbed off with ‘do you use the heaters it won’t work when the heaters are on’
    Surely a brand new car in this day and age that would not be the case!
    But no investigation was carried out.
    Over all poor customer service,
    Poor time/organisational skills.

    Should have expected as had similar experience with this branch last year when we had an issue with the car constantly steaming up from the inside out we were fobbed off again then too.

    I think going ahead in the future when it’s time for a new car we will look else where.
