    Got there early, and they was late handing back the car despite there being no-one in the showroom by 2pm, asked when I was getting the car back at 3 (finish time) to be told the car was being washed, got to the car and opened the boot lid to put mobillity scooter back and noticed the car was not clean (washed) and they had put my car in a tight normal bay right next to another car despite there being a disabled at free and other empty normal bays enabling me to have room to get in my car. Service book not even stamped even though left it on the passenger seat with the lock nut. This garage is an absolute joke. Not to mention the woman on the front desk was a little snotty when saying what I was there for with a response "yeah I know I can see on the computer" with the tone of voice making me feel belittled.
