    Jennifer Allan was truly excellent yesterday - indeed, she provided the best experience I have had in the last 15 years of using Motability. She anticipated my needs re setting up an account with the MINI app, and paired my iPhone with the car without being asked. She even delayed the collection by a day or two because I was unwell and faced a round trip of some 80 miles. Absolutely splendid, and a credit to John Clark MINI. BTW the car is excellent too!
