- Rating 5.0Jul 26, 2023Absolutely fantastic experience from getting preliminary info on the website right through to car handover with Neil. I feel I was well taken care of at all stages of the process, everything was professional but with that tailored edge that means I’m not speaking to a robot, but someone who understands my level of car knowledge (none!) and has great communication skills even with someone who’s more on the shy side and tends to keep quiet. I feel that all my choices were 100% fully informed, and I was given the right amount of time to properly weigh up the decisions to make sure I got the right car for my needs. Even though there’s been a shortage of parts, Neil kept me informed as progress was made and I felt like the whole journey was about having my needs met rather than being sold a car. I can’t fault a single thing, it’s been such a great experience I would happily keep in contact for any other car related thing that pops up.
I want to also add that Neil managed to keep an excellent balance for me and my partner, I know nothing about cars and this is my first, but my partner loves cars and has tons of experience, Neil still kept all communication primarily with me as I’m the primary person getting the car, and spoke in terms that I understood, but allowed me to pull in my partner for his advice too, managing to quickly adapt to more technical language, and yet still keeping me included.
