    Got told the wrong information about my booking for the car to when I arrived at the dealership when car was in I asked for the tyre inflation kit to be replaced but it never got replaced then on collection of my car while waiting I just got chucked the mot paper with my keys inside the folder with no explanation on how the car got on or run down nothing just walked off in left me wondering if I needed to stay or leave once again bad customer service again from Aberdeen Audi!! In this not the first time either I’ve had problems with them

    Graham was excellent from ordering the car kept in touch through out process couldn’t fault him but the guy who deals with the hand over didn’t have great customer skills disappointed me
