She anticipated my needs re setting up an account with the MINI app, and paired my iPhone with the car without being asked. She even delayed the collection by a day or two because I was unwell and faced a round trip of some 80 miles. Absolutely splendid, and a credit to John Clark MINI. BTW the car is excellent too!
