    The dealer was great and the Motability ordering process was easy and straightforward. I asked for a few extras to be added to the vehicle, and while most things were handled well, I was a little disappointed that they couldn’t fit the towbar themselves and instead recommended a local company. If I’m ordering a car and requesting dealer-fitted options, I would expect everything to be completed before collection rather than having to arrange it afterwards. Other than that, I was fairly satisfied with the service I received.

    Easy from start to finish. Even had a member of staff hold door open on both occasions. Staff kept me updated about my car throughout the day, and was ready earlier than expected.
