    The experience was excellent. Our sales advisor Gemma handled the whole process from start to finish. The car I wanted to look at was the Renault Scenic E-tech. I had a full demonstration of how the car worked and my son who is the person who drives me around was able to test the car. They were more than happy to allow my son to test that my wheelchair would fit in the boot of the car. As this is my first electric car they explained throughly the differences between internal combustion engine cars and electric cars and what the charging process is like as well as how to get a home charger fitted through the Motability scheme. Lastly they made sure that the car was suitable for my needs and explained the deposit prices and then guided me through the whole Motability renewal process.
