    Very poor service , was looking forward to getting my car back all nice and clean and it came back the same as it went away, would definitely NOT recommend this dealership, won’t be using them when my car is due to be replaced

    My appt was at 12 noon. My Daughter and two boys came with me. We struggled to get a parking space, disabled bays were occupied by vehicles with no blue badges on display. The showroom office had around 4 staff members in it. No one acknowledged us or came out to ask if we needed help. We wandered around feeling like invisible intruders for 10 mins. My Daughter went to the office and had to ask for attention. She was told the Motability salesman was busy with another customer. After waiting again we saw him walking towards us but he walked straight past us sat at a desk and began doing paperwork. We approached him said we had an appt, he replied ‘well no one told me’ and asked us to sit in the waiting area. We were finally seen at 1pm a full hour after my appt time no apologies given. If it hadn’t been that my car choices were limited to 2 vehicles due to scarcity, higher advance payments I can’t afford and my home unsuitable for Electric cars I’d have gladly taken my business elsewhere. The salesman was friendly enough once he was finished with his other customer but in our opinion it was too little too late!

    First time I have dealt with Macklin Motors, spoke to salesman last week and got an appointment for 25.04 @ 1030. Salesman had no record of it and it was the same salesman I had spoken with on the phone. Appointment was for a motability vehicle and the process was quick and easy 45mins tops salesman was polite
