    Lady met me at door,showed me how to book car in thru self check in. Car was collected almost right away. Within a 90 mins car had only hoover and wash to go through and I was on my way.Great service from a reputable company

    Excellent service from a very knowledgeable Tamara. She listened to what I needed, gave good advice, was patient and kind. Not the "pushy" car salesperson so often seem. Was honest about wait time, and got the job done kindly and efficiently. This lady is a real asset to the company. I would strongly recommend both her personally and the company.

    Tamara and Paul gave me excellent customer service. I arrived half an hour and was still seen to straight away. This is my first time using the motability scheme and Tamara gave a detailed description of what is included in the scheme. When the model I was looking at was only available from manufacturer with a 6-8 months lead time I asked if there was anything available that met my criteria Tamara went to work straight away and sourced a car that was already in the country that I could have within a month that met my needs more than adequately. If Tamara and Paul hadn’t sourced an alternative for me I would have had to buy a car elsewhere. All in all the service was professional and friendly my needs were met and it was a very stress free xperience. Thank you

    Your staff are incredible. They can not be faulted in any way and go above and beyond what is needed.
    What isn’t great is your corporate culture.
    Where companies use these types of satisfaction surveys as a way to punish their employees. It’s a disgusting corporate tactic to punish anyone that doesn’t receive 100% stars every single time. How about you start rewarding your actual hard working staff instead? You’re a multi million pound company, you should be doing more for the people that earn you your profits.

    Tamara was brilliant. She was very understanding that my husband who the car is for as he is disabled, she understood when we had to reschedule appointments. She was very informative and answered all questions. She went above and beyond to make sure this was a positive experience and we are glad we chose to go through Macklin Motors. My husband is looking forward to having some enjoyment with being able to get out and about when we have the Hyundai Tucson. Tamara was brilliant and would recommend anyone to come here. The other staff who I never caught their names were also really kind and friendly.

    not happy, was told it would be 2 hours, said i would go into dunfermline for breakfast. dropped off car at 0900 and was then told it would be 1700 pickup. 2 buses home and 2 buses back.
    car not washed and hoovered as stated.
    wasted a whole day.
    was 5hen told I'd have to come back to have a steering wheel button replaced....

    When coming into the dealership it would be nice to get a smile from the reception staff.
    Nicola then came into reception and dealt with me. She was bubbly and easy to talk to and was there to deal with at the beginning and end of my visit.
