    The service staff were first class from taking in my car and the hire car plus I dropped money and he handed it over when I went back to collect my car

    Andy was really lovely, polite and professional on each of our visits. It was his service which helped us make the decision to go ahead with VW as our choice. At the hand over he made so much time to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The car has so many features that is would be impossible for him to cover off everything, but he made sure we were satisfied and informed before leaving and that we knew where to find details on anything else if we needed it. Very happy with our experience
