Mr Andrew Buchan the volkswagon motability sales man has be so good, from picking me up from Edinburgh Airport to chasing down my car. Its been a long time coming 9 months which is absolutely nothing to do with the sales room.
I was given a bottle of champagne the good stuff and car mats and audio cables. Really I felt like he was a friend not a salesman.
I would travel the distance again just to receive this service.
I can only give 5 stars I would like to give 10.
What a nice genuine guy and very up to date with what he is selling. I'll definitely be going back.
