    They are just awful. Will not answer the phone, receptionist promises a call back, nobody ever does, I have no idea how they get any customers at all.

    Update - I’m grateful for the response Andy. This was just a basic oil service and it’s taken a month for us to pin you down to a date. And your response shows the same level of accountability that we are used to at Volkswagen. Patiently waiting for a call back that was promised last week.

    Great Andy buchanan was amazing, made us feel really relaxed and dealt with my mum and her health situation as she walks with sticks, he made us tea and coffee etc.

    Now I'm not one to do reviews, but I find myself in new territory. Mr Andrew Buchan the volkswagon motability sales man has be so good, from picking me up from Edinburgh Airport to chasing down my car. Its been a long time coming 9 months which is absolutely nothing to do with the sales room.
    I was given a bottle of champagne the good stuff and car mats and audio cables. Really I felt like he was a friend not a salesman.
    I would travel the distance again just to receive this service.
    I can only give 5 stars I would like to give 10.
    What a nice genuine guy and very up to date with what he is selling. I'll definitely be going back. Please can you sent a copy of this review to Mr Buchan.
