- Rating 5.0Feb 22, 2024I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Costin when I started my journey of finding a new car. Alex was very polite & friendly, and went through all the pro’s and con’s of the Stonic which I had chosen. The Stonic was the perfect choice, and even though it sadly took 11 months to arrive, Alex kept in touch through phone and email, with any updates as he got them. He also very kindly sent me a video of the car, showing all its features for my autistic grandchildren, they don’t do well with change and he wanted to make it an easy transition for them as possible. I finally picked up my new car yesterday and Alex very kindly went through all the controls on the car again with me. Alex is a big asset to the branch and to Kia itself!
