    Ross was efficient and kind. Have us all the information we needed and understood how much we wanted to know or not. Only reason I didn't give five stars was because the set up was too long for my condition, I wondered if maybe some of the paperwork could have been done before to reduce the time or things could have been sent before but I also appreciate this may be part of the handover process and out of Ross's control. Just a note in terms of accessibility for the motabiity scheme. Thanks

    The opposite of great!!! Didn’t fix anything I asked for , Just a quiet warning, if you’re going to order wind deflectors make the service department to triple check that they order the correct ones 1st time round because any rectifications has to be done at the dealership that installed them , and not really taking Motability vehicles with a disabled driver is not in the same county has to make a potentially massive drive to bring the car in . And when requested for a service I told quite clearly the situation. It was all on deaf ears and the usb input to connect to a mobile phone Ergo CarPlay, was and still is temperamental, but sadly it would seem to me that, just changed the oil and maybe air filter and that’s it the only service it will have over a 3 year contract!!! Pathetic really, used to own a Ford Dealership and our service department placed the customer 1st 🤷🏼‍♂️oh yes they removed the wind deflectors off and put them in the boot 🤯

    Ross was very helpful. He explained that we asked about. Helped explain about the insurance the finance. The car feature we could have. He was very pleasant to talk too about the car & was very nowledgeable about all the electrics features. We have recommended seeing Ross at the ford garage to a few friends of ours that are on Disability like us.

    Ross was very helpful and new all about the function abilities of the car & very good about explaining all the paperwork he was very curtious about explaining everything. We have told a few friends about Ross & Motability & they are going to see him.

    Ross was unfortunately off sick the day we came to collect my car. However, he made sure we were very well looked after by a young chap called Ashan. Ross has been in constant contact to make sure all is well with my new car and I couldnt be more happier with the service I was provided at ford Guildford.
