Only reason I didn't give five stars was because the set up was too long for my condition, I wondered if maybe some of the paperwork could have been done before to reduce the time or things could have been sent before but I also appreciate this may be part of the handover process and out of Ross's control. Just a note in terms of accessibility for the motabiity scheme.
