    Poor. Dropped car off at 10am for
    Minor service indicating had to collect it at 3.300pm. At 2pm car not looked at. Also brake discs flagged as requiring attention by engineer but this was not passed in by service adviser. Received confusing text message with video of service. When I submitted complaint regarding urgent work and failure to notify, told that engineer has made a mistake and discs were fine. This is second time had car services with Vines and confusion follows. Similar situation first time. Unnecessary stress and hassle the result of poor communication. I will be looking for an alternative garage for next service.
