    James was so lovely and explained everything so thoroughly, he was very easy to talk to and made us very comfortable, he was patient with me and didn’t make me feel as though I was inconveniencing when he needed to re explain things I really appreciated his customer service and most importantly to me he didn’t look at me as though I wasn’t disabled because I don’t look it he treated me with the upmost respect
