    After returning my car early, I ordered a car through BMW exeter after my previous dealer let me down throught the entire lease of my previous car.

    Shaun, who assisted me was next to none throught the entire process. He booked me in an appointment same day to which I attended, he really listened to everything I asked and all the silly questions I put fowaed but never made me feel any less of a customer just because I am not buying or financing directly through them and they get the commission. Shaun broke down absolutely everything I needed to know about the vehicle that I was most interested in and really made everything easily digestible for me, especially as I have adhd and struggle with understanding information. We test drove the car (he drove it first) to show me the workings of the car, then I gave it a go, he praised my driving and we had such a relaxed conversation, I've never received customer service like this with any other car dealer I visited... honestly, I said yes to the car not only because suitability practicality and style but mostly because I know after bad experience last time BMW exeter truly takes care of its customers. Every staff member smiled at me when I walked by and overall it was a truly positive experience. I think I spent nearly 4 hours at BMW, I know ita a long time but I was never rushed or pressured in any way. I cannot wait to drive my new vehicle I feel so much more relaxed now.

    Great the car was collected and delivered
    such a shame no video of the vehicle inspection like previous years, just a bit of paper saying MOT pass and what was changed in service
    why have the videos stopped ?

    Considering our sales representative “Micheal Page” at BMW Exeter is a new member of your sales team, his patience and product knowledge from start to finish was second to none. I would also suggest that Michael is recognised for going above and beyond with his Customer Service skills during the purchase of our Motability Car (which wasn’t a straight forward process as it normally would be) but the level of patience and attention he gave to my 8 year old son (Isaac, who is highly Autistic) who was with me at the time, made the
    3+ hours we were on the sales office a much less stressful experience for my and an more of an enjoyable experience for Isaac.
