    Great the car was collected and delivered
    such a shame no video of the vehicle inspection like previous years, just a bit of paper saying MOT pass and what was changed in service
    why have the videos stopped ?

    Considering our sales representative “Micheal Page” at BMW Exeter is a new member of your sales team, his patience and product knowledge from start to finish was second to none. I would also suggest that Michael is recognised for going above and beyond with his Customer Service skills during the purchase of our Motability Car (which wasn’t a straight forward process as it normally would be) but the level of patience and attention he gave to my 8 year old son (Isaac, who is highly Autistic) who was with me at the time, made the
    3+ hours we were on the sales office a much less stressful experience for my and an more of an enjoyable experience for Isaac.

    Sat for 3 hrs waiting , used the self service as asked to via email and nobody knew my car had arrived?

    Treated like was my fault, altho assistant did apologise and sorted a loan car for me so I could get back home whilst they did the mot etc
