At the time of putting my application in the first time my paperwork was sadly out of date, but upon going back nearly 8 months later they remembered me and my application, the staff members I spoke to to finish my application were amazing and so helpful and happy to assist!     Although the staff were friendly and polite, we were told 1hr before our appointment that there would be no courtesy car available.
    As a Motability user with mobility issues, we rely on a car for moving about.
    I find it hard to believe a dealership does not to have enough cars available for its customers.
