    Terrible. The car was not washed. They dropped our key down a drain and so we had to return home to collect the second key and are still waiting for the replacement. Also we phoned the dealership several times as our oil warning light, repeatedly came on and as a result it was so low despite the dealer refusing to have the car in until it hit 12,000 miles - we had to replace a full bottle of oil.
