    I was kept up to date whilst my car was in your care via Tara. The work which was recommended has been completed has suggested. My vehicle was return to me clean inside/ out.

    All the staff I spoke to at the dealership, we’re pleasant/ approachable and willing to help. I was offered refreshments has soon as I sat down.

    Thank you staff for making my experience, one to remember.

    It took me 1 hour to drop my keys off at 8:30am. The reason for selecting this time was so that I was able to manage my day.

    Because of the delay, 2 meets were rescheduled and 1 meeting missed.

    Absolutely terrible, i waited nearly 5 hours for a service, informed them i had a hospital appointment on the afternoon and i had to leave at 1 and i told him this at 9am i was still there at 1.30 and had to cancel my appointment. Shocking service appointment

    Great greeting at the door. Shown to my seat and was seen within 5 minutes. I was asked if I wanted a drink regularly. Smiles all around. My car was done before the slotted time. Which was good cos I had a waiting appointment. Great service.

    Asked for a car wash and all they did was just chuck some water on it. Still dirty from inside out. After complaining i was told bring the car back another day. What a joke! Worst experience ever
