    Absolutely first class. Quality vehicles , quality staff. No pressure sales, Zeb was excellent in his demeanour and advice. Set motability account up for us and got order done straight away. Really excellent service.

    After sitting in the one in the centre of Birmingham and then sitting and mulling it over, we came over to your dealership at Fort Dunlop.

    We were welcomed and offered drinks while we wait, as no-one was available. Brady Henderson came out and said that she wasn’t trained in Motability but could help while Mohammed Arif was with another customer.

    Brady and I spoke I advised her it was the height and comfort of the car that was important to me, she showed me the UX that you have in the showroom it was ok but Brady said that the LBX was slightly higher, we then proceeded to go and sit in one outside for a while and even with authorisation we went out on a test drive.
    The car was extremely comfortable and high enough for me to comfortably get in and out of without causing me any problems.

    I proceeded with going through the paperwork side with Brady and then Mohammed did the last bit of the Motability side with me.

    I would like to say that even though Brady isn’t trained in Motability she was so understanding, helpful, patient and informative on all the other aspects of the cars that put me at ease and made the experience even better.

    If it had not been for Brady I am not sure that I would of ordered my next Motability car today after just sitting in one in the centre of Birmingham, as it was not my intention to change my order from what I had already on order with Volvo.
