    5* service from Tom at Lexus Birmingham fort. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. I was not rushed with the test drive, Tom was very professional at his job and I highly rate him. Both receptionists on the day I went to choose the car and on the day I went to pick up the car were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault Lexus with their hospitality and I’m loving my new Lexus and hope to get my next car with them in the near future. Thank you Lexus and a big thank you to Tom :)
