- Rating 1.0Apr 3, 2025Dropped off on Thursday evening for service and MOT to be done on Friday, I advised them I would pick up on Saturday, I let the service advisor know the lock nut and service book was on the seat which needed the last 2 services stamping as they keep "forgetting".
Video comes through on Friday from The workshop, all 4 tyres are on 5mm, this interested me as the NSF is new! Were they checked at all?
Saturday morning I came in to pick up, the showroom host was too engrossed in her phone to notice us walk in, anyway we waited a bit the service advisor to come out, she handed us our keys, I asked where it was parked? The reply "it's out there somewhere".. thanks.
We then went out to our car when it became clear it hadn't been washed or vacuumed in the front footwells, checked the service book and guess what, yes not updated, just stamped for this service in the 2nd year service box.
I went back into the showroom but the service advisor wasn't around, I spoke to the showroom host and explained everything, she said she would go speak to her and call me straight back, 2 weeks later and nothing.
