    Many thanks to Darren Yates for his very pleasant manner and courteous approach. Discussed the 'Service' with me, amount of time and made sure that I knew where the 'waiting area's was and after a few minutes a 'cup of tea was made for me and I was shown a desk in the Shosroom so that I could use my Computer.
