Walked in and luckily there was hardly anyone in the showroom. Felt at ease and comfortable straight away. I was embarrassed to have to need a Motability car but Tracey who approached us instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away. She went through everything with us step by step. Reminded me of how customer service used to be. Thank you Tracey for your patience, understanding and help. Highly recommend MG Telford.
I would like to add, Madison was also very friendly and helpful when we returned at a later date.
