    Brilliant customer service. The turnaround was quick and I received an email with a video of them doing the inspection of my car which I thought was a great touch. I've never had a problem with them and they always do a good job

    Budgens telford are the worst dealership I've used.

    They provide the bare minimum service.

    Take forever to do repairs and will have no part in arranging a rental or providing a curtesy car.

    They failed the car on tyres then phoned me to instruct me that motability had told them I was to drive the car to kwikfit to get the tyres changed. This is not what's supposed to happen and also they didn't contact motability before telling me this so their honesty is in question.

    They don't provide any sort of drop off or collection and that makes servicing difficult.

    But on the plus side the staff have always been polite if not particularly helpful.
