    Brilliant customer service. The turnaround was quick and I received an email with a video of them doing the inspection of my car which I thought was a great touch. I've never had a problem with them and they always do a good job

    Budgens telford are the worst dealership I've used.

    They provide the bare minimum service.

    Take forever to do repairs and will have no part in arranging a rental or providing a curtesy car.

    They failed the car on tyres then phoned me to instruct me that motability had told them I was to drive the car to kwikfit to get the tyres changed. This is not what's supposed to happen and also they didn't contact motability before telling me this so their honesty is in question.

    They don't provide any sort of drop off or collection and that makes servicing difficult.

    But on the plus side the staff have always been polite if not particularly helpful.

    I have used Budgens Renault in its many guises over 20 years. The staff are always helpful and for a small team are mighty. My car had gone in for it's final service, MOT and a replacement heat matrix, I booked in advance, arranged a courtesy car and arranged the drop off time. I received a video health check with some advisories and then turned up for collection late in the day. The car was not cleaned this time, but it was very late after a full day so I did not expect it. But I have no problems in recommending them.

    It was my Renault 1st service, I still had no car mats in 1 year. The car was picked up and service completed then my car was returned. I could not inspect it due to ill health until 48 hrs later, the car had not been valeted inside or out. My previous Motorbility vehicle had a beautiful glean, smelled lovely and with no dust or debris present. Courtney who I dealt with on the phone was very polite and helpful in the 3 occasions we conversed, she had sourced the missing mats and I'm waiting for them to be delivered.
