    From start to finish all was perfect, booking in getting the courtesy car,all done with ease. I didn't have any issues at all.

    The wait was quite long and the car hadn't been clean inside or out -not sure if that is or it isn't something they do.

    Extremely disappointing experience. When the service was booked I arranged an automatic courtesy car. On arrival I was told my courtesy car was a manual. I explained I only have an automatic license due to my disability I cant drive manual. A very un-empathetic lady told me an auto was not something they could guarantee, no apology, no offer to rebook another day, nothing. I was told I could wait while the service was done, I literally had no choice so agreed, she estimated 1 hour. That was at 9.20. By 11 I had to ask for an update, I was told they were awaiting auth from Motability for discs & pads, another hour passed and I asked again, still awaiting auth. I was offered a courtesy car at this point, but I had waited so long already it made no sense to go home and come back. Aprox 30 mins later 12.45ish, I was told my car was ready, I asked if the brakes were done and she said, no authority was refused. I wasted over 3 hours when I should have been at work, this dealership is not capable of being on the Motability scheme as they have no idea how to treat disabled people.

    Alex went above and beyond throughout the whole process, ensuring we were comfortable at all times

    We thought we had a car in mind, but turns out that one wasn’t suitable, but within 10 minutes Alex had found us an alternative that suited our needs more than the one we originally wanted. She really took the time to get to know us as people which was lovely!

    The handover was especially good as although I am not the driver, she made sure when she was showing Jo the controls that I could see how it worked too.

    She explained what was happening so we were never felt forgotten or unsure, even making sure we were comfortable when we got upset about letting go of my dad’s car.


    Absolutely thrilled with the service we received and the new car too.


    We will definitely be returning when the next car is due
