- Rating 5.0Mar 31, 2022Jessica has been lovely from start to finish.She took over our motobility with quite a few problems that were left from her colleague that left.She reassured us things will get sorted and that she would be in touch often with updates and was.Her knowledge about the vehicle on collection was very good and she told us exactly what we needed to know and we had no extra questions because she told us everything we needed to know and took the time with us too to upload apps and explain how things work.
I'd like to thank Jess again for being such a professional and staying calm when we were quite frustrated about things at times,but they were out of everybody's hands.
When my agreement finishes with my vehicle from another company, i will be back to Volkswagen to purchase myself a car and even though it won't be Jess,because of the welcome we had from the reception staff that was very warm too ,i'd like to come back .
