    It was a good experience to deal with Gabrielle at Harrogate VW branch. She is very experienced in her work. Everything was held with professionalism and care. I was happy to learn new things which I never knew existed. Courtesy call in 2 days was helpful, as I had a chance to share my concerns regarding our new car.     Rubbish. No one around to meet us at the appointment time. Stood around for 10 mins trying to attract someone’s attention. Eventually found out no paperwork ready for handover. Took an hour to get started on the handover. Had to rush through the in-car explanation as we had pre planned appointments. An hour and a half of chaos really. Then the day after found out the cars boot floor did not lower after I was told it should. This is my third Volkswagen vehicle and the first where the boot floor doesn’t lower for extra storage space. Still waiting for an explanation and some sort of solution. All in all, a bad day… Totally unorganised.

    Our car broke down and was recovered into Vertu Volkswagen,
    Harrogate, by RAC.
    Initially, it would be 4 weeks until they could even look at it they said,due to a full diary however, I've collected it today (6 days later) all fixed, aswell as having had its MOT, with brake pads and discs, oil change done and also new wiper blades!!! Washed and mini valet, too.By doing all this whilst the car was in, has saved me from wasting another day taking it to my local dealer and all in 6 days!!! Lizzy and her team have just delivered me world class service and generated extra sales for the business. Well done and thank you for a job well done Lizzy, from one happy motability customer.
