    Very 😊 good, from lady on reception who looked after us on both visits, including getting ice creams for grandchildren.
    Sales person Abbie was very professional and answered any questions 👍.
    Would have liked longer test drive but understand conditions at present are a little restrictive.
    Overall a good experience.

    Day One: I was left waiting for 5.5 hours before I was told that the car would not be ready that day as a part needed to be ordered. No courtesy car available to help me get home.
    Day Two: Notified when car was ready. Straightforward collection. Taxi reimbursed.
    So two very different experiences BUT there is NO excuse for leaving me for 5.5 hours without telling me the car would not be ready that day
