By getting us into a car and on the road within a week of us first setting foot in the showroom, Richard and the Sales Manager ( I think her names was Sarah - apologies if incorrect, I’m awful with names) , totally surpassed all our expectations.
Their entire focus was totally customer centric from start to finish.
Richard demonstrated the vehicle to us well, including a test drive, so we could be confident about the vehicle prior to purchase.
He even called up a day or two after collection to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to check if we needed anything or had any questions.
Many thanks to all at Bristol Street. We look forward to a long term relationship with you as the service we have received so far has been second to none.
