    Very accommodating buisness when enquiring about change of car especially as first time with Volvo. No pressure from Motability expert who was informative and knowledgeable. Easy access to showroom which was clean and comfortable. Parking easy. One return phone call missed over a weekend but unsure if my message had been passed on. Otherwise good communications mostly by email.

    The service was conducted quickly as was the MOT however the list of investigatory works was not complete or referenced despite the garage asking me to complete it many weeks in advance of my appointment.

    Customer service was polite. Actual repair was substandard and not fulfilled. Car still needs the repairs carrying out. Rather disappointing

    Good customer service all round, only criticism is if you’re going to wash a car do it properly not just with a jet wash and dry the windows mine were covered in water marks. So nearly 5 stars.
