    Olivia was outstanding yet again.Providing us with a like for like courtesy car. A newer Gla than ours. Providing a nice coffee while we went through paperwork. She even listened to feedback where Mercedes no longer provide new motability cars and promised to feed this back to the manufacturer. Excellent customer service which is very much valued!

    Olivia the Customer service rep, greeted me with a smile. She was thorough and efficient when processing our Gla for its MoT, service and other little bits. The loan car was outstanding (an EQA). It makes sense to have loan cars electric for cheap range and to promote latest MB technology. Car was washed and valeted when we picked it up.

    I was a bit disappointed that I had requested my rear view mirror console be fixed and it wasn't. Also I was told I would be contacted and included in the emails about getting the work done both the jobs that came out of the MOT and the rear view mirror/windscreen and to date have had nothing. The young lady on reception was very helpful
