    Jessica was available and helpful throughout. If I had a question she would contact me as soon as she was available and I never had to chase her for information. She was knowledgeable and welcoming at collection. The other staff were friendly and greeted me when I arrived. I can't fault the experience.

    Jess Bright has got to be one of the most helpful, pleasant and friendly representatives we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The whole experience from first meeting to picking up the new car was made so easy. All the stress and anxiety was taken away. A number of unpleasant experiences at other garages did leave us worrying about how this car swap would be. We were looked after and listened to from start to finish.
